PRC and University of Glasgow

“Crossword excels in working collaboratively with Academic teams who want to create commercially successful Cyber Security software products”

Crossword Cybersecurity is now working with the University of Glasgow to support their PRC Project to design, market test and build a new software product aimed at Privacy Governance.  Ultimately this product will be owned by a newly formed separate University of Glasgow spin-off business.

Under the agreement, Crossword provide a team of product managers, designers and developers who act under the direction of University of Glasgow’s project manager.  Crossword will use its large customer base and its in-house team of Privacy & GDPR Consultants to market test the product at various stages in the development life-cycle.

Would you like to be part of this project?

Crossword Cybersecurity PLC and the University of Glasgow are inviting businesses to participate in the market research and testing of this innovative product.

Where Crossword excels is in working collaboratively with Academic teams who want to create commercially successful  Cyber Security software products like PRC.  Our 2021 project with the University of Glasgow is a great example of the kind of Industry-Academia collaboration that works for both parties.

Tom Ilube,
CEO

Crossword previously worked with the same University of Glasgow team in the InnovateUK CyberASAP programme for cyber security academic start-ups.  This collaboration very much stems from that collaboration in 2019.
