Total Voting Rights


Following the issue of 16,761,407 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") shares as announced on 23 September 2022 that were admitted to AIM on 29 September 2022 and in compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (“DTRs”),the Company announces that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 92,403,715 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and all the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights.


The figure of 92,403,715 Ordinary Shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
